An on site store is convenient and has everything you may need when traveling. The hotel is clean and smells good. There was not one issue. The breakfast buffet offers a variety. The pool is kept clean and hotel provides entertainment in the pool area in the weekends. It’s guarded and well taken care off. We enjoyed our 9 day stay. "

"A good choice for Victoria Island, but still not in a nice neighbourhood. Take care in the area and make use of Uber or get your own driver. Transportation is pretty sketchy these days. Suggest booking a hotel car airport pick up. Taxis and Uber are a nightmare. "

"This property seems to be much past it's prime. We had cockroaches (2 total [one each day of the two day stay]) in our room. The room was clean, but the power was only available from 9pm to 9am and it went on and off all night. The Air Conditioner also did not function properly. We were so sweaty and uncomfortable staying in this hotel. They also seem to run many smaller businesses out of this property like a church school and bakery among others. "We paid for a suite but we’re given a superior room instead. The hotel insisted that the price that we paid wouldn’t make up for what they charge for a suite. From a customer service standpoint this was poor. I don’t even think the staff took into consideration that at the time of me booking the room, the exchange rate would have been significantly different from when I had checked in.
