"This is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful, though very busy location. The staff at the hotel is excellent. The property is a little dated, but it really isn’t an issue at all. The size of the rooms can’t be beat. We had a cathedral view, and it was stunning."

"At first I was given a room with a great view but after a couple days realized I was hearing a back elevator till midnight starting at 6am. They were very nice about changing it to a large quiet room with no view but a definite upgrade. Nice staff and location"

"The pool had to be closed early, as the shuttle driver had to go to the airport to pick up pilots. Upon return, the employee, named Carlos, apologized to us, and graciously re-opened the pool for us to swim. He went above and beyond his duty. He made us feel like friends, and told us he was happy to help in any way. A great employee!!!! All the staff was friendly and caring. Made our stay enjoyable."

"We had a nice stay during a girls' theater weekend. Good location, close to subway, comfortable beds, nice view. Reasonably priced for Manhattan. Everything was great, but it might serve the hotel well to upgrade the flooring in the rooms and hallways. The carpets they have now look old and a little dirty. "
