"Lovely spacious suite, the restaurant and bar staff were very good, however some reception and service staff let overall service down as we made a few requests like ice in our room which never arrived, bar fridge was not replenished once in 3 days, food in all the hotel restaurants was great! "

"This property is central to Windhoek; in fact when I put “Windhoek” into my Google maps, it ends up a block away from the hotel. The food on the roof is just a touch better than the fantastic view. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Every museum is within walking distance. The wifi works better than most places in Namibia and the room is temperature controlled. There is absolutely nothing negative to stare about my stay at this hotel. "

"A beautiful place to relax. The views during the day go forever and the night sky is filled with stars. Recommend at least a two night stay to recharge your batteries before exploring more of Namibia."
