"As per usual I was very impressed by my recent stay at my favourite hotel. Ramada has some of the best hospitality of any hotel of the size, location and rates on the Juhu area. The staff, from the reception team to the hygiene and upkeep crew are friendly, polite and helpful. Of course, the food and drinks department managers, are always happy to help you to ensure that your needs are satisfied. A drink by the swimming pool is a joy I still remember with nostalgia. "Great hotel!! Everything was amazing except the spa staff and cold steam room and hot tub!! Spa closes at 10 but they start shutting things off earlier as the staff want to leave! We experienced this when we went at 8.30.. "
