"The hotel room is nice and quiet. In addition to a long queue for check in, some of the elevators have their card reader not working properly. This makes getting back to the room a struggle every time. It happened to quite a few hotel guests. "

"I never got there because of the typhoon shut down all transportation from Hong Kong to Macau on that day. I called the hotel and they said they will refund the money but I need to call Expedia. So I call Expedia and get to talk to this on line robot and I was told Expedia will get back to me. Never heard back. So it’s not about the hotel. The rating applies to Expedia. Expedia please reply back to me. Thanks. "

"It was my 4th time stay @ casa real with friends & family… one of the best Hotel in Macau. Location, Service & Staff support is always remarkable. If you want to win in Casino, you need max luck…which I don’t have. My luck always blooming @ Sand’s Casino..😜😃 stay @ Casa Real is unforgettable, pleasant. Food serving in resturant has variety of food for vegetarians. Walking distance to Ferry Terminal is also a most positive side of the Hotel. Overall 9 out of 10 to the Hotel. 👍👍"
