The room we had did have a water leak in the bathroom but the staff was quick to help resolve and even offered us another room. "Appreciated kind staff, good plumbing, quiet, clean, comfortable bed,1 mile walk to central train station, great breakfast, kettle, room phones. Concerns would be small shower stall leaking on to floor, lack of counter space for bathroom items, mini-cooler full of for sale items, room temperature, weak wifi so not suitable for remote work. With my 1st stay, they made several attempts to get me to take a smaller room than the one I'd paid for. I finally got the size I'd booked."
