"The resort is gorgeous and the service was excellent. We stayed 5 nights and were a party of 5 adults with 3 rooms. We ended our 3 week vacation here after traveling through Mexico City, San Miguel de Allende, Guadalajara and Mascota. We had a very relaxing beautiful time. My only are of suggestion for improvement is upon check in we were not given a tour of the facilities and we were never informed that there were activities like meditation in the morning or exercise class. "Amazing stay at this boutique hotel. Their 2 bedrooms suite is very spacious and clean, complete with a full kitchen and all the pots and pans and utensils. Easy to call Uber. Very close to all the dining areas and big malls/casino. Clean and big pool with jacuzzi. There’s a small restaurant for easy breakfast/lunch/drinks with reasonable price. The food is somewhat caters for the tourists, more mild taste. If you’re looking for more authentic food, maybe try elsewhere, away from the marina...

"Second time here. Pros — Staff that made our stay awesome!: Apolonia, Aldo, Jiovanny, Oscar, Edgar, Jesús F.; Oswaldo D (and he is in his first month there!). Loved Alonso’s poolside Spanish lesson. Food is fairly consistent in the buffet. Enjoyed the Italian alacarte most. Cons - Spa treatment was lovely but not pleased it was credit card only for paying. Adult pool was great most of the time… but loud kids ended up in it often. Also no enforcement of smokers outside smoking area and butts left...
