Dining options very good with both the Conservatory and Armada restaurant serving very tasty food. The only issue was very slow service at breakfast - having ordered simple mains we waited over 45 for these to arrive - unacceptable for a simple breakfast service. "We had a fantastic stay. The room was immaculate and I could use the lift to our room. (OA in knees) The shower was gorgeous. We came for a memorial which was in the chapel nearby and then refreshments at Buckners Hard. The staff were amazing and did very well, even though a bit understaffed for a while. The food was amazing and delicious. We will, definitely stay again. See more of the sights and the ponies 🥰 Thank you ☺️ "

"The bathroom was clean but extremely cold and rather small. We felt it needed updating, e.g the toilet seat was broken. The water was nice and hot though. Our room was very cold when we arrived, we gather one of the radiator valves had been broken by a previous guest. Once we had pointed it out Adrian came to fix it, but we felt it should have been warm and welcoming on our arrival. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was nice. If the house was full we imagine there would be a problem...
