The resort is absolutely beautiful and the over the water villa was a dream! Everyone was welcoming and assisted us with any request. Dian and Julian were extremely hospitable. Also, the on-site marine biologists were very knowledgeable. The island and islet with surrounding lagoon are magnificent! A trip of a lifetime. Thank you!"

Plenty of parking across the road at the mall but this wasn’t explained. More English language tv channels would’ve been nice. Service could improve. For example, I asked reception if they could mail postcards. Man said “No” and directed me to use a mailbox at the airport??"

"The room was good, we loved the beach setting, the breakfast was also good. Staff are friendly but the customer services can be improved. They require a separate deposit for the beach towels which seemed like an awkward system to me. The activity desk tells you to scan the QR code to see the activities instead of talking to us. They also tried to charge the accommodation tax twice, at check-in and check-out. "

Self contained with wonderful snorkeling, kayaking and other water activities. We didn’t stay in one of the over-the-water huts; instead we had a hut on shore with identical facilities only feet away from the water’s edge. The staff were most eager to please, very friendly and helpful. Moorea is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful stay."
