"The hotel is in a great location for local restaurants and exploribg Durres. Unfortunately, this hotel did not mention that a lot of the facilities were closed to it being off season before we arrived. There was no notice that the menu is fixed for half board and the staff did not ask our dietary requirements before serving the food. "The staff were very professional and helpful. The room was outstanding!! Great modern bathroom, spacious room with Very comfortable bed. Impeccably clean. Lots of professional touches for the business traveler. Free shuttle to the airport on demand. Restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel had excellent wait staff with good selection of food and complimentary self-serve breakfast. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Exercise room and pool available. I will certainly return again."
