"staff stay in touch to assist you in any way possible; best staff ever. they ask you if you want to extend your stay; they arrange it if you do. they dont wait for you to do it all on your own. very professional; nice neighbors, building has an awesome stained glass window on graceful huge staircase leading to second floor-esthetics are great. large windows; plenty of daylight. "Pre check in email was very useful about how to find the nearest car park, but missed the part about not being able to book the parking for more than 24 hours so you have to sit for your current session to expire before paying again. "What a great location, thats it. The appartment could be some much better. It was clean but damage to walls, pictures propped up on the floor, bulbs missing from lamp, sofa in lounge disgusting and dirty, no tv remote and worse of all it absolutely stunk of cannabis all night and no way of removing the smell as no air conditioning. "Turned up to the hotel to be told we didn’t have a booking. Zero empathy or customer service. I had driven 3 hours and myself and my 1 year old had no place to stay and hotels.com weren’t able to relocate us so had to drive home. "
