"on checkout although I had comfirmation of payment I was made to wait as the guy manning the reception did not know what was going on. I was irritated as I had to carry my own luggage to reception. Bell boy was asleep. receptionist did nor get him up."

"While asleep around 11PM. I had a couple walk in to the room. They got in to the room with a key given to them by the hotel receptionist. You have to go to the receptionist everyday to get your room reassigned to you throughout your stay. That nice couple had been there for a few days already and had a few more days left to their reservation. So they walked in to the room that they had been assigned to for the reservation. "As a woman travelling with two children, my most important consideration was safety. The hotel staff were unfailingly helpful, polite and respectful. All requests were met promptly and courteously, and nobody ever asked for a gratuity. I particularly recommend the food - absolutely delicious! "
