"I don't want to put this place down, as it is India and standards and norms are different here from what I'm used to in other places. However, the walls, counters and bed linens were all worn and dirty. I could hear mice (I hope they were only mice!) in the vent squeaking and rustling and setting up their little nest for the night. "It was adequate, but only adequate. The bathrooms, whilst superficially clean, we’re not well maintained. The rooms were ok, but quite dark and the beds not comfortable, it was also noisy outside. There wasn’t much in the vicinity of the hotel, but it was very close to a metro stop. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and arranged a driver for us who provided an excellent service. The restaurant at the hotel is also very good. "

"Took a pay on arrival option and informed timely on our delay of flight but still deducted from card. Room was not available on arrival had to stay an adjoining hotel for half a day and breakfast was on the other hotel. Very loud and noisy even reception was not courteous"

"Receptionist denied us room and demanded cash. They said Expedia is a scam and they never get paid. Asked us to leave the hotel. We paid them cash and checked out. Expedia did not help us even after multiple calls. Receptionists were under the influence of alcohol and drinking at the desk. "
