There seemed to be a lot of staff on the grounds using their iPhones, not working that hard, yet some areas seemed unclean such as the elevators, and remained dirty during our whole 3 day stay. "Nice hotel…they’re renovating but not inconvenient at all. If you love gyms and working out, this hotel is for you- nice gym, lap pool, sauna, exercise classes. Didn’t try the restaurant so not sure how that was. Their Starbucks drinks were not good at all. The bar looked busy on Friday night, so guessing that was pretty good. My biggest complaint is the bed pillows are horrible! Still trying to get the crick out of my neck two days later."

"Good place especially for families with kids. However, the restaurant service is poor--slow, tables not ready for reservation time (even when few people, they had us wait in the lobby and then after leading us to the table they combined them in front of us while we waited in between diners/other tables). Room Service had to come twice because they 'forgot' part of the order. Basically, the kitchen needs work! The maintenance of the room balcony areas were not clean. The buildings needed...

"The resort is huge. The room we booked was great, had a nice comfortable bed, 2 showers. The resort has plenty of things to do ( golfing, tennis, swimming, etc) it was centrally located for shopping, restaurants, etc. we had a very good time there! "
