"Der Aufenthalt war leider sehr enttäuschend. Laut Beschreibung sollte es einen Flachbildschirm und hochwertige Bettwaren geben. Der Fernseher entpuppte sich als alter Röhrenfernseher und das ganze Bett war total abgewohnt, das Mobiliar sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben uns dort sehr unwohl gefühlt und wenn wir nicht mitten in den Bergen gewesen wären, hätten wir nach einer anderen Unterkunft gesucht. "We stayed 5 nights at the Duchessa while visiting family in San Giovanni. The hotel staff was very accommodating and treated us like family! The on site restaurant was a delight! The food was excellent and the service as well. The cafe was nice if you wanted a cup of coffe or tea or a glass wine. The sandwiches and pastries available as well! We will stay there again when we return to visit family"
