"There was a problem with the type of the accommodation but finally when the manager involved we received the right type as per the booking. Even we needed to wait until 7pm to get in the accommodation. Only one guy from the reception was very polite but the rest didn’t show the correct attitude to us as clients. "Nice, central location. All staff were very helpful and polite. Our room was cozy in 10th floor and had super homfortable bed. We really liked breakfast with lot of choices. Also sauna and jacuzzi was very relaxing at the end of the day. "
