It's an additional charge of 10 euro per person to use steam room, sauna, and indoor pool. The pool temperature was too cold, we were expecting a heated pool. Other than that, we were happy with our stay. "

Service was good, but english wasn't always good enough to communicate well - but still fine for being in another country. Spa was nice but this is the only area I would mark down, maybe just bad timing for the visit. Kids were going wild in the pool the first couple of days which I didn't enjoy. They can play without constant splashing...

"It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasn’t really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly. "There’s nothing Grand about it in the slightest. It isn't the cheapest hotel around yet you still have to pay 10bng to use the sauna each time. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in Bulgaria and this is the first I’ve heard of this. No kettle or hairdryer in the room, just a TV and drinking glasses. Extremely dated, the bed is not comfortable and you can feel the springs. The drains/water really smell disgusting and the shower curtain stank of cigarette smoke.
