"We had the best time staying at HV Cooperage B&B. Gay and Warren were perfect hosts, so friendly and there to help with whatever we needed. They even let us check out late at such short notice. "We were having a celebratory dinner at a vinyard in the Hunter Valley. Mercure provided a perfect central location to stop. Beautiful surroundings, even if it was raining, covered walkways and an evening fire in a cosy lounge."
