"Beautiful property and facilities! The staff were all friendly but seemed new and confused some of the time. The daily resort fee is too expensive if you don’t participate in the offered classes, etc. Overall, we had a great stay."

The staff allowed us to check in early which was a plus, and the woman that checked us in was nice and friendly. "Although the room had a great appearance it needed attention to detail. As to call for maintenance for a broken kitchen chair, non functional TV remote & bathroom light. Blinds in the master bedroom were detached and didn’t close properly. The room was consistently humid because the AC wasn’t working properly. We paid for a 5 night stay but hotel had us booked for 4 nights and locked us out of our room on the 4th day. Had to get an updated room code."

"We had a pretty good stay. I was a little upset that you have to drive a little ways to go to the beach and you can't really just walk over to it. The staff were all friendly, the pool never had towels and it almost felt like it was an issue asking for extra towels. I had an overall good stay and I would stay again."
