There was no microwave in the room which was not expected! I booked this hotel because we looked for one with a breakfast included and was VERY disappointed! The biscuits were hard as a brick and the gravy was COLD! Only a few slices of bread and a couple bagels available for all guests, a few hard boiled eggs and yogurt. No decent options. Nothing appealing so the second day ate elsewhere which is what we wanted to avoid. Also had a sign posted to not be able to bring food to your room. NEVER ran into this before! It would have been nice to take something back to our room for when we finished getting ready. Won’t be back.

We are currently working on updating all the rooms and that includes the maintenance. Unfortunately we are able to work on one or two rooms at a time. Therefore these things take time. Did you happen to let the front desk clerk on duty at the time of your stay about the bed? We could have possibly accommodated you for the inconvenience it may of caused you. Would never stay here again, even if you paid me. I travel A LOT and never really have issues at hotels. This one has been the worst. The beds are extremely hard. There was an extremely bright outdoor light right outside our window and showed through the curtains all night. TV and fridge did not work. Stayed for 5 days and they never had room service come. There’s a sign taped to the front desk that says they don’t come unless you’re there longer than 2 nights but they never did. We had to track down staff multiple times to ask for toilet paper and towels. Staff at front desk was very rude. I’ve had better experiences at cheaper hotels than this.

Good stay but motal needs some love
Motel is getting very dated and a little beat up. Could use some maintenance and TLC. A good place to stay at a great pricepoint. Staff friendly and helpful.

Generally we liked our stay at Microtel. We’ve been at the one location several times. One major problem I must mention with regards to the accessibility room that I require. All was very good to be able to maneuver my power chair except the shower. The good was the shower was a no step entry. The not good to the shower was the bench seat mounted to the shower back wall was to far away from the water control on the opposite wall, such that I couldn’t reach it at all. The shower head was mounted so high on the wall of the shower that I couldn’t reach it to bring it down for shower use. I couldn’t reach either in order to facilitate my shower. It certainly was a nice big shower. Just that somehow that nice wood bench needed to be forward to accommodate a person who cannot reach beyond an arms length or standup even for a moment. I would really be surprised if that shower could classify as ADA Compliant if inspected.

I'm less than pleased. Outside of the beds, this hotel is far worse than their 8.5 rating I saw online. Came into our room where the coffee pot needed to be plugged in for use, only to find bugs in our hot water multiple times. The workout room had two of it's three machines out of order and no working TV. The hand sanitizer wipes looked like they hadn't been touched in over a year there. Top it off with a very stale batch of biscuits and gravy and you have someone who doesn't write reviews doing one. I would've been better at a couch at my friend's house than staying in this establishment.

Room 206 had no closet rail and hangers. Yes the hanger rail was completely missing. One of the lights in the bathroom didn’t work, and the TV remote battery was so weak that I had to get up and get within a couple feet of the TV to change channels and volume.

The floors in the hallways need vacuuming. The carpet is outdated, but that is not an excuse not to vacuum them. The mattress is a little firm, but I can't expect a pillow top mattress at every place I stay. The breakfast was good. If I wanted a full course breakfast I could have gone to cracker barrel and paid $14 . The water heater is turned up way too high, it is basically scalding. When I told the young man at checkout that the water heater temperature should be turned down his smart ass answer was: "just mix the cold with the hot then It should be okay.". That was rocket science answer. Turn down the hot water temperature by at least 10 degrees. It will save the company quite a bit over a years time. If any there is a company that knows how to pinch pennies, it is Wyndham.

The only thing that worked on the tv was volume. If you enjoy the weather loop playing on the Home Screen, you’re in luck. The had zero pressure and the shower head had to be pointing almost straight out just to get enough flow to wash. Room was clean as it should be. Would recommend -5/10.

I enjoyed the ability to access the interstate. I did not enjoy the lack of staff and the odor of marijuana throughout the third floor for my kids and i to deal with.

The man who checked me in was totally unfriendly. The cleanliness of the room was very poor. The sink in the bathroom was very slow and backed up with water quickly. The TV wouldn't change channels from the weather channel. The mirrors had splatter on them from previous guests.

The (non-smoking) room smelled like stale cigarettes. The bathroom smelled like feet that hadn't been cleaned in a month. $158 base rate ($177 and change) for one Queen bed and the worst included breakfast I've ever experienced. Worst hotel decision I've made in years.

If 158.00 was the base rate take in consideration the taxes and fees that also come with the cost, which equals to around 175.00-180.00. Sorry if there was any confusion with this.
