What’s not to like??? Very clean and seemed new or newly updated. Comfy bed and nice decor. The area was newer and quiet.

Loved the geese and pond. We watched a nesting pair --it was DELIGHTFUL! Thank you for letting them be. Room was spacious, clean, and well decorated. -----HOWEVER--- We were VERY disappointed that breakfast was not in-cluded in the room fee! If we bought our breakfast there it would have been as expensive as eating at the restaurant next door the night before. We will be investigating the hotel next door as they do offer breakfast with the room.

The room was a nice room. The lighting around the sink was terrible for getting ready each day, which seemed weird. We arrived to check in at 3 and were informed we would have to wait 45 minutes. Consequently, we didn't get to check in until 11:30 that night, which was not our desire.

The web site said there was a dining area, but it was no longer open when we checked in. Also a free breakfast would have been nice, as there were no close options for breakfast.

Most beautiful Best Western I have ever seen. Great cozy lobby area to hang with larger groups. Not a fan of the new breakfast model-but the rest was top notch!!

Despite several other posts - Expedia has not updated the listing to reflect that breakfast is not included. The cost savings for one traveler is likely enough that it was not an issue for me but it would have been bothersome for a family traveling. Otherwise great property I’d stay again.

A maintenance man opened the door to my room.
A man opened the door to my room while I was napping. I inquired at front desk who would have key card to my room besides me. They said no one. I asked why then did a man open my door at 4:07pm while I was napping? Their reply was so sorry, that must have been maintenance. Seriously? Unacceptable.

Clean and comfortable. We have stayed here several times and had become accustomed to breakfast being included in the dining room overlooking the lake. In fact, recalling enjoying breakfast with the lake view was what made my decision to choose your hotel over others nearby. However we were informed that corporate was trialing a new paid breakfast in a small room on the other side of the hotel with a view of the parking lot. Very disappointed. Please bring back the complimentary breakfast with the lake view!!

Great place to stay!
We enjoyed our stay very much. We particularly enjoyed the back patio in the evening after an all day bike ride on the nearby High Trestle trail. It is a lovely setting on the pond. The bed and room were very comfortable

All was fine with room except the lighting in bathroom was not adequate (for putting on makeup, etc). Enjoyed the free breakfast (for our visit) -food was good and adequate (& better than expected).
