The front desk staff person was helpful. I just had knee surgery and our room was origianl upstairs. She kindly changed our room to the down stairs handicap access room. We were greatly appreciative.

Pool was out of service. Breakfast is poor, all carbs, no protein and even the coffee is terrible.
Room was adequate for our needs. We expected more from a "Best Western " chain.

Carpet was sticky to barefoot. Too much room freshener which gave allergic reactions to us. No proper wall insulation, we could hear snoring noise from neighboring units. Overall, not a great experience. Property is very old and not maintained well.

VERY UNHAPPY!!! My husband and I Flew in town to take a cruise. My husband is handicapped and I have back issues which i told the lady when we checked in. We were put all the way in the back of the complex on the 2nd floor. We had no help to our room and was told there were no other rooms available. I hurt my back trying to get luggage upstairs since there was no elevator and damaged my luggage dragging it up and down the stairs.
Came down for breakfast at 945 and it was already shut down!
The biggest issue was that there was no assistance or help for the handicapped guests!!!

However, after further investigation, front desk staff did mention we were sold out upon your check-in and no special request was made for ground floor room. They also mentioned for assisting with your luggage and you had declined. Also, our breakfast timing are mentioned on website and mentioned upon check-in. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience.
We stayed there for a couple of days because we just needed to place to sleep and relax. The accommodation suited our needs perfectly. We enjoyed our stay, and the hotel was well kept and the staff was very hospitable.

Very few breakfast options. Door mat wasn't kept at the bathroom which made us walk into the room with wet feet.

Thank you choosing our hotel. All our guest rooms have floor bath mats freshly washed hung on the towel rack. I'm sorry if we have missed it in your room and the inconvenience this may have caused.

First night had room that had heavy musty smell. We made it through first night. But smell to much. Front desk changed rooms for us. 2nd room much better. Appreciated front desk willingness to assist.

Complimentary breakfast was a bit weak compared to other places. Room was difficult to maintain comfortable temperature but that is more a personal issue.
I really wanted a room with in room hot tub but that wasn't offered to me online.

That's not a high end hotel, but the facilities can be better (bath tub, carpet, etc). The staff is super friendly and helpful. Over all I was happy with my stay here.

I would have to say, no. If it's all you can afford. Otherwise no! Place had 3 large Bob Cats being worked on right outside room in a very small parking lot. Room was ok except for smell of whatever is used to cover odors. Bare minimum breakfast.
