"My spouse and I stayed for the weekend for our wedding anniversary and we were in awww with the property. So beautiful and comfortable. The owners are super nice and I just love how she tells the story of the history of the home and surrounding town. The room was more than amazing with its own bathroom with a jet tub and balcony We didn’t get to experience any of the amenities such as their Tavern bar they promote nor were they serving breakfast due to electrical issues which is understandable....

"This is an old hotel on the historic register. Lots of classical appeal. No elevator! and guest rooms are on floor 2 or 3. My room was relatively small. There was a queen bed, a bedside nightstand, a big dresser, and an easy chair in the bedroom space; a good sized bathroom with a toilet and bathtub. Sink was in the bedroom space. A good-sized closet with an ironing board and iron. The bathtub was an old claw-foot design. I did not bathe or shower during my stay (3 days) because I was...

"This place calls itself a Yacht Club??? What a Joke!! When we arrived our keys were in lock boxes cause they don't have on site staff after 5pm. The doors do not have dead bolts, slide bars, or chains. We did not feel safe at all. Never been to a hotel that didn't have a dead bolt or chain on their door. The restaurant had a sign on the door "permanently closed". There were no cars at all in the whole parking lot, it seemed like the place was abandoned. There were no other guests there yet room...

"The place was dirty and unsafe. Was harassed by the staff and the overall experience was the worst I have had at a hotel. There are sketchy hotels and then there is one, I did not even stay the night. I chose to drive home at 2 am after an exhausting day vs staying there. This is not a safe establishment on all accounts. "
