The building is not well maintained. We were there for 3 days which included a clean and change of towels after day 2. That did not happen. When we arrived, there was a coffee spill on the floor in front of the elevator and it was still there 3 days later, along with bits of gravel on the floor. The floor tile in the bathroom was loose to the point where you can actually pick up and remove the tiles. The arborite trim on the counter was gone, exposing raw plywood. The light switches were dirty.

We stayed here to attend a concert at the Ovintiv Event Centre. 5 minute walk. The resturant on site was great. Our room was a suite and was better than i expected. The carpet in the public areas is starting to look a bit tired but didnt affect our stay. The complimentary breakfast was a bonus and there were many options. I would stay here again.

Great hotel for access to events at the Ovintiv Center! Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Close to casino and Jax. Loved our room! Pool was closed but they offered a voucher to Borek Center, we declined but the offer was great!

Front Desk staff could be a little more informative at check in. Ie. breakfast times, amenities offered, WIFI information and where to find it. Other than that we had a wonderful stay. The bed was amazing, the staff from the restaurant were friendly and gave great service. As well as the food, it was awesome!

I loved the outside area for pets. Made it extremely easy to accommodate the dogs when they provide a lovely grassed area with everything you need to clean up after them.

We wanted the jacuzzi room, jacuzzi did NOT work, we had no AC, our room was very warm and we did NOT have WIFI as our room was too far away as we were told when asked. We won’t be staying here again.

Pool was closed for routine monthly maintenance yet the hotel waited until the day of check-in to inform us, leaving us with no option to make other plans. Disappointing. Otherwise a decent place to stay. Breakfast was excellent.

All the staff was friendly, and had smiles on their faces, the breakfast was delicous and plentiful The beds were comfortable and room was clean The only disappointment was the pool and hot tub were down for maintenance.’they did call ahead of time to let us know

Pool not operational - and not just down for maintenance for the month like they say, it has serious foundation issues. We had brown sewer come up through the drain in the shower in the morning. Gross. Hallways have dips like rotten floor boards, fire sprinkler system was black in another room. Don’t stay here.

Very friendly helpful staff. Not sure what was on floor 2 above me but it sounded like furniture being moved and it woke me up very early. Brought bathing suit but saw the pool was out of order for maintenance but could see no sign of it being worked on at all. See old reviews now that say it was out of order then too. Loved the convenience of being able to access the Fixx restaurant from the hotel. Would stay again.
