The hotel was very nice - clean and convenient right off of I 80. Staff were friendly. Unfortunately the night we stayed there was a team of little boys staying and they were largely unsupervised. They were playing ball in the hallway on the second floor right outside our room at 9:00 pm while their adults sat in the lobby talking. Both a guest from across the hall and I had to come out of our rooms to tell them to either go to their room or go to their adults. The front desk didn't seem to be able to manage the situation. Once that was settled the rest of our stay was fine.

A couple of minor disappointments were In countered. Safe was broken and desk clerk did not know how to fix or reset. No maintenance on site even though it was 3pm. Tv remote frizzled in and out of working. Back access door card reader broken and very old half eaten cookie behind chair that had been there awhile due to cobwebs around it. Not in Lyft or Uber pick up zone

Over all a nice stay. beds could be a bit softer. house keeeping needs to be able to communicate in more than just spanish also housekeeping needs to learn how to stock the rooms properly. Front counter was great both on the late shift and morning shift. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good but not great biscuits could be better and need to carry white bread and bacon would be nice.

When my husband and I had left the hotel I realized I had left some necessary food items in a small cooler in the fridge of our room. I called the hotel and told them we would be coming back through in a few days and could they hold onto it for me. They let me know they had found it and would place it in their breakfast fridge until we came to get it. They were so sweet and helpful. Thank you!

Did not plow drive or parking spots causing dangerous conditions and the pool was way over chlorinated then closed the following day causing very very very disappointed grandchildren. I came all the way from Arizona to treat my grandchildren to a fun filled time only to be very let down. Beds were very comfortable however.

Unfortanly our plow trucks where in our lot each day but with the blow temp the salt doesn't work very well. Our pool is open from 7am-10pm, unless there was issues with the chemical levels
