Elevator was slow and busy we were waiting for a long time until we get the 4th one less full . We can fit us in. Room has smell. They need sanitized the rooms, sheets and bathroom.

Always enjoy the stay at this Westin property in Dallas. Never had any issues with parking, but if you come back later in the evening, you’ll likely be parking in one of the mall parking garages, attached to the hotel.

This was my first time in Dallas and my first time staying at the Westin and it was a wonderful time. It was a beautiful property located in the Galleria and I have to say that was one of the best beds I’ve ever slept on.

There is no elevator in the garage so drop your luggage of first or valet your car. This is truly the only thing I didn’t like at the hotel. Everything else was wonderful.

Took me 3 times to get body wash for shower. Booking threw a third party their 200 refundable deposit is a little high. 18 bucks for internet was high and that was per day. They snack charges for in room were ridiculous, due to the amount one pays to stay per night.

Online information is misleading. There is NO spa, instead they tell you to go to a spa down the street. The pool is NOT heated. There is NO dedicated free parking for hotel guests, you must park in the mall parking lot wherever there is room available. Other than this the hotel is nice and convenient if your main objective is eating and shopping at the Galleria Mall. We have also stayed at the second closest hotel to the galleria and it is nice, rooms are bigger and they have their own parking. You do have to walk a few yards to the mall but so did we due to the lack of parking at the Westin. So we basically paid $100 more dollars a night to have our hotel lobby open up to the mall. One last note I will make is that if you are staying either before or after Christmas, arrive when the mall is not open. There is only one way into the hotel and we waited 45 minutes at the light just to get into the hotel entrance!

Expedia says “Parking Included “. They means self parking. The valet is $38/night Car smelled like smoke when I retrieved it, front desk told me I would have to talk to the people out front. Found out about a guest reception as we were leaving, don’t know why the front desk didn’t tell us about it when we checked in. Person at front desk wearing a mask, couldn’t understand her.

Well designed, clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staffs. I stayed here several times and had internet issues every time. And also had issues with TV. Will definitely return but hope they resolve internet issues.

Loved the bed. Better than I have at home. Loved the shower. Low water pressure. Very expenses snacks. Tried to stay out of those snacks but very good and fresh. 2 different experiences with the 2nd floor Kitchen. Great in room breakfast and delivery. Ordered in room dinner. Never received and did not have any help at host stand to pick up dinner myself or cancel order. Front desk helped me cancel order.
