The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how filthy the carpet was. Then I saw the couch, and it was so disgusting that I refused to sit on it! The bathroom tub had hair in it, and also in the corner of the tub was dried, shampoo or conditioner that hadn't been clean from the person that had stayed there last. I definitely will not be a returning guest!

The property was okay. The furnisher was rough and we had to rescan the TV to get channels. The rooms were clean and the beds are very comfortable. I thought the price was yo high for the quality of the room. I would give it 2 1/2-3 stars.

The property is nice … I really like the hotel but I don’t feel like they handle my safety or my complaint properly… The guest next to me were very rude and rowdy.

This place was horrible. Reviews must have been fake. Was not clean. Hair in bath tubes in two different rooms. Tv didn’t work, door didn’t lock, and stains on bedding and carpet. Bathroom door didn’t close either. Would rather sleep in car. Roller coaster across the street so screaming people constantly.

Purchased a non smoking room went to our room and it smelled terrible like smoke told front desk they came in with room spray guys were partying in the parking lot it was awful. Was told at first we could not get a refund they later called and said they would give it back.

Dallas Cowboy Game.
Used the hotel for one night for a Cowboys game. I was able to get a room three hours before listed check in time. I have used the hotel in the past and it suits my needs just fine. The family who owns and runs the hotel is fantastic. All I need is a place to sleep. Beds are comfortable.

Mini-fridge was unplugged when we got there, had water inside and apparently it has been seeping out onto the floor in front of the fridge, so that part of the floor was wet. The A/C & Heat unit in our room blew air, but the heater did not work. This was mid-December and pretty cold outside. Waking up to a 60 degree room is no fun.

Remodeled bathroom
Easy check in. The 1st room we checked in smellled like cigarette. We got moved yo a diffrent room. Bathroom was nicely remodeled. Our 1st night was nice and calm thev2nd night there was alot more people and the people in the next room was smoking marijana. After they left it was a nice again.

Was my fav but now…..
I have stayed here 4x now and before this stay, it was fantastic. But I found old clothes in room and then little black bugs (not bedbugs thank god) crawling around. It is a shame for before this stay, it was my fav hotel in the area based on price and excellent staff.

The Inn and Suites is alittle outdated. The room we stayed in had a very awful smell. This type of hotel/motel is typically not my kinda of stay but our friends were staying here. Chair and ottoman were so dirty I didn't want to sit on it to put my shoes on. The office chair was also dirty. You could hear right through the walls: whole conversations that other people were having.

Property has a very unique location. Some of the amenities of the room where they’re missing or disheveled. One of the nightstands was missing a handle. There was no clothes iron, but there was an empty iron holder attached to the wall. Toilet wobbled, and would sometimes not flush properly. Curtains were wide open so whenever we entered room and when we went to close them, one of them was broken and so it was unable to seal properly. Shower head covered in hard water stains and the hairdryer did not work. Other than that the room and location was fine for the evening.

Only stayed one night and have been charged for 2!! Still waiting on the refund that I was shown processed while we were there!! Room was noisy from the ac but did drown out the roller coaster from six flags outside!!

Dallas Cowboy Game.
No frills hotel while in town three days for a Cowboys game. We walked to stadium and it was easy. Hotel staff was great. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was small but enough to get you by until lunch.
