From the moment i arrived, Bennetta was of great help and awesome character. She was always willing to help. I cannot remember the young man's name but he was at the front desk and as well was extremely helpful. I received several packages and they were very willing to call me on my cell while i was out working so i didn't miss a beat. Also, the young lady at the bar, was amazing in her service the night I decided to eat at the bistro. Thank you ALL for the welcoming atmosphere.

I had planned on staying only one day as I had both business and family to see while in town however, it was such a quiet, peaceful location I extended my stay for 2 extra days just to get caught up on work. It was perfect. Ill be sure to stay there again the next time I am in town.

Positive: Roomy and Best mattress that I ever sleept on in three star hotel. Negative: Coffee maker was very dirty, NO bottle water, NO microwave, NO extra blanket in the cabinet.

The 'food' on-site is of the "warm up in a microwave" variety...to be honest you're better off walking to the Chili's or Waffle House up the street. Front desk staff were cold and not very helpful. Beds were hard and first floor had windows and walk-out access to parking lot from room...and people tend to hang out by your windows and smoke, which isn't fun. All in all, won't choose this place to stay next time.

This hotel is a neatly and quietly place. Staff was very nice and helpful. There was only a $6 bottle water in the room with 4 people occupancy. We couldn’t find any extra bags for our trashes.

We’ll Def Be Back. Home away from home.
Exemplary! Comfy, spacious, quiet rooms, safe for travel, Starbucks in open bistro, sitting area with small, yummy menu . They’ve just completed a full scale remodel. It’s lovely, but what’s brought us here multiple times is always the first class staff. I’ve had a wallet with my license, insurance, credit and debit cards returned to me, along with a blouse. Just incredible customer service. Always greeted warmly with appreciation. Places like the Bellagio are great for longer getaways and convenience, but for incredibly kind customer service, housekeeping ( environmental services)and bistro and a very budget friendly price, with a great nights sleep-minutes from shopping, running paths, safely lit parking lot, you can’t go wrong. Even the restrooms in the lobby are pristinely clean. Bonus!
