"I had booked Aamod Dalhousie for 2 nights (19th - 20th Dec 2019) . As luck would have it, Dalhousie experienced heavy snowfall during that week and roads leading up to Aamod was closed to traffic as a safety measure. I was told that the only option of reaching Aamod was by walking on foot, in ankle deep slippery snow on an uphill terrain measuring 4 to 5 Km. I would have still considered this adventurous option, but since I was travelling with a 5 Yr old kid I decided not to be foolish and...

The front desk guy said we have to pay extra for kids when we already paid through Expedia,, His manager stated that Expedia policy is different from theirs and when we tried to leave they tried to BLOCK OUR DRIVER with a vehicle of their own.
