The accommodation was super clean and spacious with everything needed for our stay. Only downside was that bedrooms were upstairs which was difficult as one of us had recent back surgery - didn't know beforehand that all 2 bedroom apartments were over two floors. Apart from that we had a lovely stay.

Lovely stay, great pool and changing facilities. The accommodation was a good size and pleasantly surprised with two bathrooms in a one bedroom unit. The only downside for us was that although we expected to have to pull the sofa bed out for use at night disappointed that we had to make all the bedding up before we could actually go to bed.

Really enjoyable stay, accommodation and grounds well kept. Staff very helpful in reception. Bar area was clean and tidy and food was good. Unfortunately the installation between prooperty was poor so we could hear the footsteps from upstairs every time they koved about which nade sleeping hard however we would come back again.

The one bedroom flat we had for one night appeared to have been recently refurbished and was in excellent order. The indoor swimming pool (with hot tub, sauna etc) was very well kept and we enjoyed evening and morning swims. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The grounds are well kept and there is a lot of refurbishment work going on.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The apartment was sparkling clean with all we could possibly need for our stay. The site was lovely, peaceful and about a 20 minute walk from the town centre.

Another excellent stay here. Beautiful leisure facilities and great location. Cromer is stunning. A trip to the pier is an absolute must with a few beers and a bite to eat in the Kings Head after your walk.

We booked a studio apartment and it was absolutely perfect we had a extremely large comfortable bed a well equipped kitchen and large bathroom and living area, easy parking and a plus of a indoor pool and bar, reception were very welcoming and friendly, we will definitely be booking again for our next stay

Great family accommodation in pretty Cromer
The accommodation was spotless and well equipped. The location, with a beautiful, short walk on a cliff path down to Cromer, was excellent. Access by car was easy. Very well priced, good family accommodation. Great for kids. The staff were lovely.

The location was lovely and the amenities good. The swimming pool was on the cool side so onlu used it once. We sruggled with so many steps with the luggage. However we were offered help.

Excellent reception staff who couldn’t do enough and who upgraded our accommodation. Lovely accommodation.l and great for young families. Cot and high chair provided on request. Kitchen well equipped including washing machine and tumble dryer. Close to Cromer and the beach. Quiet. Lovely pool with no restrictions on children and they brought floats out for an hour between 3pm and 4pm which son loved. Had a genuinely relaxing break with a baby and a 4 year old.

It's unbelievable that we didn't know anything about this place. We will be having another break in the spring. Food and drink in the bar/restaurant was very good and relaxed. Swimming pool and sauna brilliant. The break was exactly what we were looking for.

Great new year stay!
Booked for new year and stayed in room 70A. Great place, lovely staff and excellent location. Room would benefit from an upgrade, namely the kitchen and bathroom shower door but other than that it was excellent! Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Outstanding experience at the Cromer Country Club. Booked the same day we were due to check in on a bit of a whim, not sure what to expect. We arrived and were immediately reassured on the drive up to reception as it looked so clean and well kept. On reception, Sarah helped us with every aspect of our stay and was so warm and friendly. We really felt at home and well looked after by her, she really went above and beyond to reassure us. We have nothing to fault and left feeling so relaxed. Our apartment had everything we could have needed and more and the 2 mins walk to the pool and restaurant was great! Very homely feel. Definitely on my list places to return.
