"This resort was humongous and has a lot of room. The rooms also have lots of free space and each room has two beds and a couch. The beds are fluffy and soft and the only thing that was not ideal is that the living room smelled like our car, but other than that, it was the perfect place to stay. The lodge also has a pool, a hot tub, a place to train kids to ski, a mini skiing area, and humongous place to ski that is bigger than the hotel itself."

"Very chic upon entering the hotel lobby. Was greeted right away. Checked in quickly and accurately. Room is a suite with full kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and a jacuzzi. Our suite bedroom is spacious and modern. Very impressed"

"Rooms are spacious with a nice little sitting area. Property is extremely well kept and the staff very courteous. The breakfast offering is typical hotel buffet, eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage or ham. Do it yourself toaster and waffle maker, usual stuff. There is a Boston Pizza attached but unaffiliated to the hotel. We don’t eat there."

"Professional. Very happy. Flexible. The area around the property is industrial and on a highway. Lots of places to eat and things to buy. But that is not the hotel issue. They are good. I would come back again. I recommend people coming here if you are passing through Cranbrook."
