Love the beach area, cabanas and beautifully appointed conversation areas throughout the outside areas of this facility. All the restaurants were good and service seemed to be done with genuine kindness. I’d definitely stay again!

Very disappointing. The food wasn’t very good. They lost beach access. They said renovation, but I think they are lying. There’s no renovation going on at all. So the little pool is very congested. The rooms are ran down now, very meadowy smell. The beddings are humid, rooms are humid. In the mornings, I just feel sweaty after waking up. So uncomfortable. Not good views bc you see the roof of the restaurants instead of beach front. I had good memories, so I returned. Everything changed and is ran down. I won’t be coming back. Presidential Continental is way better all around, or Westin.

This hotel experience was absolutely amazing. Miguel and Juan treated my family and I like royalty. After a week stay here we decided to extend our stay because we couldn’t get enough of Cozumel. We decided to move to a beach property on the North side of the island, Melia. Overall our experience was WAY better at Fiesta and we will be back. Thank you all for the amazing week. The pool area, onsite entertainment, and the restaurants that required reservations were good. The daily poolside lunch was also good and convenient. The property itself is not very big and there’s no beach but across the street (also part of the hotel) is great area for snorkeling.

The Staff at Fiesta Americana are unmatched! They are very friendly, helpful, and keep you entertained all day and night. A huge thank you to Arcadia, Alejandra, Anina, Josh & Victor plus many many more! Fiesta kids is also great to keep the kiddos entertained. We celebrated 3 birthdays on our trip and the staff truly made our stay amazing. My one complaint is that the pool is very unsafe. There are many missing tiles that caused my family and several other vacationers to get cut and require medical assistance so I would suggest water shoes in the pool until that has been resolved.

I didn't like the pool my kids got cut and other people did too. And what i hated the most was the people trying to sell hotels plans and deals for the hotels and if you dont buy one they get upset.

We were not happy with the smell of the rooms. To be honest it was disgusting. It smelled musty and like sewage. This tainted the whole experience. We had booked an ocean view room. When we arrived we were put on the first floor the looked at a wall! The smell was REALLY bad. We told them we were given the wrong room. They said they had run out of ocean view rooms and that was that. I came back later that day and asked about being placed in an ocean view room. They said that could happen the next day. We would have to pack up our stuff (which at that point includes wet stuff) and leave our room by 12pm we could then check in to the new room at 3pm. The new room was ocean view but really we couldn’t just move rooms after 3pm and not have to wait around three hours! The food was good. Room service was fast. The wine and beer were good name brands. The drinks are definitely watered down but very flavorful. A little tricky to get a drink at the bar. Better to just wait at your table for someone to stop by. The location of the hotel was great. Beautiful reefs to snorkel right in front of the hotel. Customer service was good and friendly for the most part, except for Saul trying to sell you the vacation package within 5 minutes of stepping foot on the property. This property was very beautiful. And some of the staff was great. But the staff members that come up to you while you enjoying yourself trying to sell you time share after it may be your first time there is unacceptable. In most cases a customer may not want to buy anything first time at a place. They were very aggressive trying to get me and my wife to buy, even after we expressed we were not interested at all right now. But other than that service was Great

The room we had was called deluxe. The bsthroom was incredobly small. When opening the bathroom door, the door would hit the toilet. The shower door when opening would not open all the way as it would hit the toilet also. Water pooled at the bottom of the shower door causing the door frame to rust and cause the room to smell. Once in the shower, the glass door would get stuck and not open. This being a safety issue as it could break when trying to push open. Overall, the washroom was so incredibly small it was impossible to do anything in there without bumping into something or being on a wet floor ( there was water leaking at the shower door as you could not close it firmly shut. The rest of the room and stay was nice. Good food and service. Beach area was nice for snorkling but for tanning and going in and out of water not so great because the water was deep and shore was rocky. The beach bar, restaurants,wahrooms and part of the beach area was fenced off and in repairs. Entertainment shows at night were pretty good. Kereoke nights were painful to listen to. Transportation to and from the island was tough as it was really tight to reach aieport and catch a flight. Extta cost but worth it if you like snorklinh and diving!

Amazingly friendly Staff. The only exception being the Front Desk Staff who appeared to only know the word "No". In particular, they were unable to accommodate a one hour departure delay. Restaurant food was excellent. Housekeeping literally had a sixth sense in meeting our needs!

This was a very disappointing stay. When we arrived, we were immediately approached by another guest saying this was the worst resort they had ever stayed at. Our first room had an ant infestation. Our nightstand table and bed was filled with them. I woke up to a bite on my face with a swollen jaw. They got in all of our belongings. Our room also had mold all over the ceiling, especially above our bed. We rarely got hot water in our shower. The hotel moved us to the room next door. We didn't receive any kind of credit. While the rooms were okay, the attached pool was freezing cold to the point we couldn't use it. The rest of the resort was lacking to say the least. There was only one bar in the entire resort and only one pool. The pool had multiple missing tiles. As you will see from reviews, people are constantly slicing their feet in it, which is not only a safety hazard but disgusting. We were extremely excited for the beach as it looks amazing on their website. However, everything was boarded up and has been since 2020. There also is a road separating the ocean from the hotel. We were constantly told by workers that it would be reopening soon, but it is clear that isn't the case. This resort would have been worthwhile if their beach bar, restaurant, pool, and cabanas were open. It was extremely disappointing. The only good thing we have to say about this place was their food at the restaurants. However, it was very difficult to get into the restaurants. Wouldn't recommend

Very nice hotel, great staff, good food, plentiful and varied. Very comfortable furnishings. Everything was very clean. Only downside is beach still closed to the hotel, but open to people to walk, sit, and swim in the gulf. Dock is off limits which affected our scuba diving plans. Overall, very nice resort.

The staff was exceptional! Friendly, helpful and tireless! They work so hard. Clean!pool towels, floors, restrooms, food areas and rooms! The entertainment staffs Anani and Josh knew many of our names after the first introduction! Kept us completely in the fun games and activities. Nightly entertainment was family friendly and ended with dancing! The room upgrade was unexpected and wonderful! Part of the vip program with Expedia The housekeeping amazing with a ton of Extra effort from Reyes! Aaron and Marco were good waiters around the pool! Restaurant staff Eduardo especially went beyond service bringing our dessert down stairs so we did not miss the show! Thank you! Specialty restaurants amazing! Dinner at buffet cold food disappointing. Breakfast was good Bar b que at noon terrific I saw many getting poolside service! Cons: the beach club amenities across the street are only partial. They are under renovation! No chairs, no bar, restaurant or Pool at the beach. The snorkeling was great! Time share offers were annoying when you first walk in but they accepted your decision if you did not want to accept their perks or invitation.. They were friendly to us afterwards which was a plus. Thank you Arcadia! All in all the Fiesta Americana was a solid 8/10!

The hotel needs to be upgraded some, but its still nice. The pool itself is a hazard. There are so many tiles missing, edges are sharp, i cut my toe on the many missing ones on the bottom. Hopefully in the future they will reopen everything across the street.

Staff was amazing and food was really good in comparison to other resorts we've stayed. Pool does need some tlc but the kids still had a blast in it. Snorkeling out front of the resort was really good and the beaches near are great! Overall I'd go back again any time!

We decided to stay somewhere else, the whole beach side, which is across the street, was completely closed. You can’t even sit at the ocean. The 2nd pool is also empty and closed. The parts of the resort that were open were nice, the pool is right on the street and pretty small for the number of guests. It’s lively and bumping, but we wanted tranquility. The staff are super nice and helpful. The room we toured had its own private pool, it was clean and spacious but the ceiling was low and it just felt dark and cold.

You need to note: THE BEACH is closed. You can walk accross the street but you can't have a chair or sit anywhere except on the sea wall. There is not food and no service. Don't go if you are going for the beach. The food is ok, nothing to brag about. The service is great. There is a push to buy their version of a time share. I would book somewhere else due to all of this.

Staff was awesome. They went above and beyond to accommodate. Food was great. Snorkeling right in front of the hotel was excellent. Bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. Website is misleading. They show an area on the website with cabanas that is not open. They also do not supply snorkeling equipment, kayaks, or any other water sport equipment. They don’t even supply lifejackets if needed. Reportedly, this area used to be opened and got closed by the local government due to some kind of zoning permit dispute.

Great place to stay! The staff is out of this world. The maid service is amazing. Pamela our concierge was amazing. There are enough food options between the buffet, room service (this is an inclusive resort, room service IS INCLUDED!) and the patio grill you can find something great to eat at all times. The pool at this hotel needs to be shut down and deemed unsafe. Three of our family members cut their feet on all the broken tiles. The pool is literally falling apart and is dangerous. The swim up bar in the pool never even had a bartender. The food was below average compared to the other all inclusive resorts we have visited. The “beach” in front of the hotel is rocks and has caution tape all over because most of it has been shut down. This hotel needs a complete remodel. Take my advise and stay somewhere else, you will thank me later.

First off, 3 of our family members slashed their feet in the pool which is so dangerous with broken tiles it should not even be open until repaired. There was blood everywhere. Everyday there was a new pile of broken tiles from people whom weee swimming and finding them. The advertised “swim up bar” never had a bartender and you had to get out of the pool and go around the front to get a drink. The food was below average, and my son got food poisoning from their eggs. The front of the hotel by the ocean is all closed down and taped off. You can still snorkel there, but there is no beach. Honestly, I wanted to love this place. But, I would never go back or recommend it to anyone until they fix all these problems.

We felt this hotel offered a very average ‘4 star’ experience - from the rooms to the food. The property is beautiful but very dated. The entire beach area isn’t open; which just leaves you with the pool. It has potential but for sure wasn't offering that level of experience. It’s also a timeshare, so be prepared for the questions and invitations to join in a meeting to learn more.

Overall experience: average. The hotel doesn’t have service of any kind in the beach-front. The food is very average; not a single delicious dessert. The principal area for dinning you feel you are at the center of a lobby. No service elevator working, so you have to go in the elevator with luggage-being-brought-up. We stayed 6 nights occupying 3 rooms and when we asked to do the check-out at 13:30 instead on 12:00 we received a categorical: NO.
