"I absolutely LOVE the staff here at the Holiday Inn of Covington. They are kind, courteous, helpful, and very friendly. I would like to thank Daze for going above and beyond in his kind helpful interactions last night as well as Ms. Adrienne going above and beyond in her interactions with me as well. We had an issue with Orbitz, but in the end, i'll always be an IHG hotel member! Thankful for a wonderful, restful stay!"

"We had 2 queen beds and sofa bed. Room was clean. We stay for 2 nights but the clean crew didn’t come and empty trash and replenish towels next day, may have to remind thw front desk. Breakfast was ok. Front desk service was great. The sofa bed was too old and wasn’t very comfortable to sleep on. The Queen size beds were comfortable and clean. "

"I booked this room for my mother in law and 2 sons for a local tournament. I booked a room with 2 queen beds. In us talking about her trip, I just found out they were given a room with a king and a pullout couch. She did not realize I had booked 2 queens. I don’t know anyone that has ever gotten a decent night’s sleep on a pullout. "
