We had the junior suite, but the room was soo cold, too cold for our 3 month old. They gave us a tiny heater, but didn’t do much. Then they had to down grade our room to a normal room that’s heated, we asked to keep the small heater but they said a lot of customers are requesting it. Clearly needs renovation or new management, further more, the trainee told us that the room they gave us, there was a note about it that said do not put customers in there because of the heating issues, yet they put us.
Poor management, paid for a suite with panoramic view but got a bad view, lower floor and a normal room. But I guess I didn’t freeze!
