I was given a room at rear of hotel and the noise through the night was not acceptable, also hairs from another on floor. Reception were less than helpful and check in took ages.

It's a clean hotel at a great location however the customer service is appalling. We had a small personal parcel sent to this hotel, clearly addressed "for the customer xxx checking in on 04 April" on the package, however the hotel ruthlessly rejected it, saying "we don't provide post office service". We simply needed an address to receive it when we were travelling on holiday, and checking in & out every day. This doesn't require a function as post office, this has NOTHING to do with post office service. All they had to do was to receive and store it for about a week, as simple as that. But this hotel is exceptionally cold and indifferent, they rejected the parcel, knowing it costs them NOTHING to have kept this small item for a few days, now we have lost it forever. We have travelled to 68 countries together and have never seen any hotel as such, it puts a really dirty stain onto a wonderful and beautiful country called Denmark, it's just disappointing and disgusting. Lucky this is the last stop for our trip in Scandinavia, otherwise this unpleasant experience would have muddled up our entire holiday.

Comfort suites was amazing! The staff was friendly, the rooms and inside were clean and trendy and the free breakfast was legit. Honestly, it was the best breakfast we’ve had at a hotel. Our only issue was that whenever we showered all the water poured out from the bottom of the glass and the floor would be soaked. Perfect scores otherwise! We would stay again. Thank you :)

I think I couldn’t have booked a better place for our weekend in Copenhagen . The hotel is like a 5min walk from the main train station, but in a quiet neighborhood. Hotel is Great with a huge breakfast buffet! Best place to stay for a weekend in Copenhagen

Rooms are clean, but quite empty but you can find everything down by reception/lounge area. Its about 20 minutes walk to the centre but there are a few restaurants near by and Lidi just 2 minutes away

Excellent central location
The hotel is in an excellent location, about 5 minutes from the main railway station, close to the Metro, Tivoli Gardens and the Meatpacking District. Check in was hassle free and the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options and well presented. A great option to consider and well located if you’re visiting Copenhagen

Wasn’t sure what to expect given the mixed reviews found on here. We arrived and was greeted by a friendly member of staff, breakfast time was arranged, room info given. Our room was clean, nice decor, comfy beds and modern. Location was excellent, close to train stain and tivoli, which we visited as soon as we got off the train, then return on the evening. Copenhagen has been a wonderful place to visit, just myself and my teen daughter but we have felt safe and happy throughout our visit.

Great and easy location. Lovely and spacious room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was quite uncomfortable and pillows not great. But that’s the only down side.

Perfect location for exploring the centre of Copenhagen, just a 5 minute walk to the central station. The room was small but very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was amazing and well worth the extra fee! All the staff were lovely and very helpful. Definitely recommended!

Certainly no thrills
We understood that for the price it was a bit a no frills hotel. But we would have liked a kettle in the room and for the room to have been cleaned once in our 3 night stay, every 4th night seems a bit to infrequent. The room felt like it needed a fresh coat of paint to freshen it up. The location was gods though, for the price and the bed was really comfortable.

We clean the rooms every 4th day, to be kind to the environment by saving it from overuse of chemicals and water. If you need towels, soap etc. during your stay, you can pick it up from the reception. I really enjoyed my stay though I found my room to be too hot even with the air con on 24/7. The location is great for just about everywhere you want to go, it’s a few minutes walk from the station (pickpockets frequent Copenhagen central station so be careful). Breakfast was great, really good value. You are expected to pay for your stay when you check in rather than at the end of your stay which is unusual.

Hotel was clean, but the beds were disappointing, the room temperature seemed uncontrollable and would get very hot in middle of night. They also seemed to be refinishing floors on the floor above us, generating a lot of noise which was impossible to sleep through. On the bright side, the bike rental option was very nice and affordable and the bar at check-in was a nice touch.

Overall, very happy with my experience. I feel that this hotel fulfilled my needs and met my expectations. I was only lacking a jag to boil water, in the room and an option to make myself a cup of tea before sleep. I think its basic and ''must have'' in every room.

The hotel was very clean and it was very encouraging to see the stairs etc being cleaned throughout our stay. The room was very quiet and clean and the barception felt very welcoming. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the wheel of fortune on the way in to breakfast was so fun. Would absolutely stay again!
