The man at the front desk was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He went out of his way to give us everything we asked for plus more . He should train people on how to deal with the public.

I like that rooms were very clean, floors good to walk freely upon not have your skin crawl because of uncleanness. Thanks for a clean refresh spot to stay in and relax.
I didnt like the potholes in parking lot area, getting to checkin and finding out i had to pay a 100 dollar deposit

Staff was very friendly. We had an army graduation to attend so this hotel was very close to Fort Jackson. Only a 10 drive to the army base.

There was MOLD in the windows and around the floor under the windows. The room smelled. When I called the front desk they sent someone with room freshener to spray the mold. I had to sleep with two surgical masks on to get through the night because the man I spoke to said there were no other rooms available. The towel rod in the bathroom was coming off the wall. We will look elsewhere in the future!

Very noise and not safe at all. Very strange people around. My Son even saw people using drugs in the property on hallway, while grabbing something in the car. Also took me lots of phone calls and around 3 weeks to get the deposit money back on my card. Do not recommend.

Property is under renovation couldnt swim in pool other than that. Everything else was excellent breakfast , snacks, and house keeping was on point clean at all times..staying here is recommended. Inexpensive and plenty of amenities. Affordable place to stay and not to far from Fort Jackson Army base.

Checking in was smooth amd easy, no issues encountered. My room had very filthy carpet (spots everywhere). The tub was severely clogged 😔 however the beds were comfy amd appeared clean.

Looks good from what they have done to it. But still has a lot of work to do. They had our room sold out when we got there so they upgraded us to the presidential suite. Looked like an average room, bathroom wasn’t completely renovated, just a room that seemed regular but with some French doors that separated the living room area from the bedroom. But I was greatful we got to stay there and we had a room that was clean. Staff was wonderful.

It was a nice stay and I’m sure the appearance will be much better after the construction is over with. The only thing I didn’t like was no fan in the bathroom and it was hard to control the room temperature. It was either too hot or too cold. I would definitely stay there again though.

Some updates had been done but not efficiently. Construction debris on the bathroom floor that looked like dirt. Toilet paper stuck in a hole where the tissue holder should be. Hair all over the shower and the clean wash cloths. Pictures were deceptive. Rooms are outside but not visible in the online pictures. Lobby looks and smells amazing. The room doesn’t match the same aesthetic.

Dirty crowded with lots of roaches mildew hair in towels elevators are scary reserved full service hotel thinking won’t have to go out for dinner but restaurant or bar never which they were under work over year ago during our last trip and they are still working on same part of then building when we stayed here in late 2022 wonder is it will ever end or something is up
