The ladies at the front desk were the absolute sweetest and very friendly. The good quality of the room honestly surprised me for how cheap one night is compared to others in the area.

Location was awesome! However the service was horrible…stayed 3 nights for my son’s graduation 1st night was great
2nd day the shower broke and couldn’t shower. We couldn’t change rooms so we had to go to graduation after the manager came in and gave another room . We had to wait on towels b/c they didn’t have any clean. The new room tv didn’t work properly. And instead of a king bed we were down sized . I asked for a discount and they said it was nothing the could do b/c we went through a 3rd party to book !

The rooms are dirty & disgusting. The sheets were disgusting and not changed. We had to get new sheets from the front desk. Everything was dirty and gross. We didn’t want to touch anything. We were given a room key and walked in on someone in our room!! Very unorganized. Breakfast…bagels, waffles and yogurt. No eggs, bacon?? We will never stay here again!!

The room was not real clean. There was no "do not disturb" sign for the door. The cleaning people came while I was out and the room smelled like cigarettes when I returned. All in all, not a bad stay and it was located perfectly to attend my daughter's graduation at Fort Jackson and near planty of restaurants.

Easy access off the interstate. Room was clean and fairly new. I liked the built in soap and shampoo dispensers. The Continental breakfast was good and I liked the fact that it opened at 5:30 a.m. Parking was very convenient.

Great stay! Could use more plugs in the room and the phone didn’t work but, I was okay with no phone. The staff was friendly and helpful. On site store prices are great.

I was very pleased with my stays recently. The front counter lady was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was exactly what I needed. The room is small, but clean which was exactly what I needed. The parking was plentiful and the location was quiet. Breakfast is typical continental fare, but there are diners nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Sheets were completely unchanged. Had dried up stains from what looked like adult acts in the shape of body parts on both sides of bed. A good amount of the pillows also had the same stains on them. Shower curtain had stains as well.

The bathroom toilet, sink and tub were nicely clean. The linen was clean. However, the bath gel dispenser was totally empty and the shampoo dispenser barely had any. The room carpet was so filthy the grunge got my socks brown all over the bottoms. Microtel's quality has taken a nosedive. Very disappointing. I don't recommend anyone stay there until it's thoroughly cleaned and better care is taken in keeping toiletries stocked.

No power outlets near the bed or lamp, there was several dirty wash cloth left in the room, the guild on the TV had NO information about programs, the pillows were flimsy and uncomfortable the one night araying was awful 😳
