Amazing! it truly exceeded my expectations!! I’ll definitely be back! Staff was super nice and helpful everything very clean very family friendly! And pet friendly!!!! The outside of the hotel is beautiful very peaceful and walking distance to a lot of restaurants which was great!!!!

The staff were amazing! Very welcoming and kind. The rooms were clean and spacious. We were very pleased with our stay. My only complaint is that the A/C units were filled with dust which triggered my allergies whenever the air kicked on. I would still recommend for anyone visiting Columbia or surrounding areas.

I can tell you what I didn't like. Upon check-in was not told the room cleaning would only be every two days. Was not advised about the free breakfast, or the times available. We checked in on a Thursday and no one came in to clean the room until Monday. I just don't understand why we are not back to daily housekeeping! We seem to be paying for it!!!

During my recent business trip to Columbia South Carolina, I had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites Columbia Killian Road. The room was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment after a long day. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area for business or leisure.

I’m not sure why this property had excellent reviews. The evening staff was not helpful, the room was dirty, and I’m pretty sure someone else’s personal pillow case was used on our bed. The furniture had dried food stuck on it. The bathroom floor had urine around the toilet when we got to our room. I would not stay here again.

The staff that I interacted with were all very friendly and helpful so this review is not reflective of the folks who helped me on April 3 and 4. This review is mostly intended to point out the cleanliness of my room which was subpar. I did not bring it to the attention of the front desk because I did not want to sound cranky. But it is worth noting that many surfaces, including the TV the desk, the microwave, the door handle the luggage caddy all had spots or smudges, or a film of some sort, which was very offputting and felt very unsanitary.
