Located right off I20 and not too far from I26. The bathroom needs a remodel specifically the shower floor tiles. Beds were comfortable and room was overall clean. Don't waste money on breakfast. It was not worth the 15 bucks. Crackle Barrel is a 5 minute drive.

Very polite staff from check in to check out. Room was nice and clean. Bed not the most comfortable but ok. Convenient dining area with bar. Food was very good. Only negative thing was breakfast was not included. $16.99 USD for buffet per person. G & J from Canada.

Extremely dated. Shower was moldy. The doors to the rooms slam so hard that I catapulted out of bed a couple times. Do not recommend if you want to sleep past 5 AM.

Our room had not been properly cleaned when we checked in. There was a used bar of soap on the bathroom counter, a dirty towel on the floor underneath it, and one clean towel. There were cigarette butts, empty beer cans, and several active spider webs on the balcony. The microwave didn't work properly and the coffee maker didn't work at all. There were no blankets or sheets in the room for the pull out sofa and there was only one pillow. The tv remote did not work and someone had wedged paper in the door latch to keep it from functioning properly. After 3 phone calls to the front desk, the night manager came to look at our room and was very responsive. But one of the staff members at the front desk was unprofessional and rolled her eyes and walked away from the desk when I asked a question after reporting the issues with the room. Definitely not the quality you'd expect renting a suite at the Hilton.

The hotel in general was nice. The cookies were delicious and the water upon arrival was awesome. The hotel just needs some updating but overall happy with the facility. We ran out of toilet paper and there wasn’t an extra roll in our room like usual in most hotels. Not much dining right around the hotel but restaurants were nearby within 10 minute drive.

Dinner at restaurant took an hour. Pillows somewhat uncomfortable and walls a bit thin. Front desk staff very helpful and room was very clean, food was good just took too long.

The hotel is NOT convenient for visitors visiting USC campus. The hotel is older very large. Bathroom is soooo small. Vanity and sink is outside bathroom area so no privacy. Shower and toilet area small. Shower with mold and rust. Ceiling is coming down in one area of room. Fixtures dusty. Not enough towels or toilet paper—half a roll. Just disappointing

Nice Staycation
Good stay, the fridge in the room didn't keep anything cold so we had to get ice for any drinks. The shower is a great massager as the pressure is very powerful. Breakfast was ok you can pay or have it charged to the room. Overall the stay was nice. Friendly staff.

Dated and old!
This hotel is dated and worn out. We booked based on good reviews, but I can't believe this is even the same hotel we read reviews on. Upon arriving the customer service rep was not friendly. The carpet, paint, everything looked so used and abused. Arrive to our room and the wallpaper was literally coming off the wall. The pillows on the bed for sleeping were the size of decorative pillows. The shower has tons of black mold all over like it hasn't been cleaned thoroughly in a long time. We got in late and decided to just stay since we were headed out early. Save $$ and book somewhere else. This hotel needs major renovations everywhere!

Got in late. Safe didn’t work, front door didn’t close properly. No hangers. No sheets for pull out. Food found on floor under pull out. Took over an hour to get sheets when they were just a few feet down the hall. Terrible experience.

I do not recommend this hotel!
The lobby was breathtaking!! The room smelled and there were cobwebs on the walls. The coffee maker was covered in dust and the bed was far from comfortable. I don’t recommend this hotel at all! booked through Hotels.com/expedia. The pictures of the room I booked was not the room that Hotels.com/expedia booked for me!! It was definitely a case of false advertising on their behalf!! I don’t know if I will ever trust them to use their app or not. Customers beware!!

Hotel was shabby not in line with rating. Power outlet in bathroom broken. Three of us staying and only two sets of towels. USB outlets in room broken. Refrigerator didn’t have any shelves. Safe was broken away from wall not secure. A second rate place at a first rate price. Very disappointed

Overpriced outdated hotel
The hotel needs some serious updating. The bathrooms have a lot of black in the corners etc of the tiles. They only Provide you with two bath towels, two hand towels and two washcloths. We asked for additional towels and they told us to throw the dirty ones in the hallway to get more. They then didn’t replace the floor mat. Only had a half roll of toilet paper in the room and a box of Kleenex with maybe a half dozen tissues left. Room was 65° and about impossible to figure out how to change between heat and AC. Also thought we booked to include breakfast and we were told breakfast was an additional charge. Wouldn’t recommend.

The room was dirty, front door and bathroom door would not open properly, box spring was exposed and dirty, curtains were dirty, there were water stains on the ceiling and the room smelled bad Also, we booked a king bed and they gave us a 2 queen bed first and we had to back down and get the right room This motel was listed as a 4 star by Expedia, it was a 2 star at best We left that motel and went to a different one We spoke to someone at Expedia and we are waiting on a refund, the agent from Expedia said we should have went and talked to the front desk people, it is not our job to sort this out, Expedia is supposed to vet these places and make sure the ratings are accurate

Restaurant was great with excellent food rooms were comfortable and showers had high spouts(I'm tall) and the pressure was amazing. Will stay here on next visit for sure. BTW you get a hot cookie when you check in!!

The property was not as clean as expected; upon entering the room we found a large metal piece sticking out from the hvac system, no extra toilet paper and a dusty room. The toilet leaked upon flushing and a towel hook was visibly coming out of the wall, all reported to front desk but not addressed during the stay. The ice machine on our floor also did not work.

The room had a weird mold like smell. The bathroom was not clean and had hair all over the floor. There was a bubble coming out of the ceiling over the tub. The USB by by the nightstand was broken and the room itself was very dusty. Not very well maintained. I would never stay there again.

Reserved a pack n play when booking and there wasn’t one available at check in. Okay, we’ll survive. The lobby was very nice and clean but it didn’t match the cleanliness of the room. My wife/kids found a roach in the bathroom which was disgusting. The tub was stained and wouldn’t drain. The shower curtain was too short for the tub so every time you take a shower the bathroom would pretty much flood. Carpet and furniture were stained, walls had markings on them, light switch was broken and the comforter was ripped, allowing feathers to spew out, and the doors into rooms were damaged. The front desk did say we could switch rooms but after traveling all day, the wife and kids were tired to change rooms. Overall, for a double tree hotel, it wasn’t up to par.
