Passing through town, just needed a place to overnight. Late night checking in was quick. Cheap, quiet, room was clean, and beds comfortable. No complaints, would stay again.

The room is big and clean. Except they need good maintenance for their furniture. The bathtub has big rust so you don’t wanna sit on it. Other than that, all was good.

The AC unit had mold clumps that would come out of it from time to time, room smelled moldy, there were roaches in the room and bathroom area, the fridge made a knocking and rattling sound constantly. Staff was friendly and helpful.

When I made my reservation, I indicated in the “special request” area that we were traveling with a small dog. The day of travel, we called ahead to confirm that. We were told in no uncertain terms that we could not bring our 10 lb dog into the hotel ; the room we’d been assigned was not pet friendly, and they had no pet friendly rooms available They said they had no record of the dog. They told us to ask Expedia for a refund. We were forced to find last minute accommodations at another hotel and at considerable expense. There was no attempt on the part of the person we talked to to help us in any way.

We very much enjoyed our stay here! Staff was wonderful and even moved us to a downstairs unit once she was aware we had a dog so it would be easier for us to take him in and out, which we appreciated! The unit was clean and comfortable and again would just like to praise on the staff and customer service throughout our stay!

For the cost off the room stay the building was in real need of repairs. The lady that maintained the breakfast area was very nice and took care of the patrons needs very well

For the price I paid the rooms we’re not to that price rate standard. I was expecting more like a Holiday Inn or Marriott hotel room updates. Dad for one night and being 7 miles away from the destination on post was a positive side. Good breakfast included

I think this property would have been nice but it was under construction being remodeled. The staff was great but they did not have either the fitness center or the pool open because of the construction.

I rate the staff at a 10 they all had great customer service. I rate the rooms at 1 dirty men underwear next to the bed toilet was stopped up had to retrieve a plunger from the front desk the ac was full of clogged dust the tv was not working properly the tub was disgusting had to shower with slippers on

The staff is nice, but rooms are terrible dirty one wall had a weird blood stain, another wall was opened to fix a pipe and never fixed back, the room smelled bad like urine,the shower had a nice size chip exposing metal rusting, shower head could not be adjusted,the water coming out was very murky,carpets were sticky, and the sofa bed was broken the rooms mini fridge was not working. Definitely not worth staying there the only convenience is that it is close to I-77. I would not recommend to stay at this property especially with your family.

Did not mention it is renovating pool. Pool was being used as a storage room. Keys had to be reactivated daily. Located between many closed business left bad impression.

When we arrived to the hotel, the person was having difficulty checking guests in. Computer issues was all she said. The first room wasn't much... Old, stained carpets, broken down dresser, the T.V. didn't work. They are renevating and obviously didn't start with the first floor. We were switched to the third floor, and all was great. It was like a different hotel. Breakfast area was clean, and a good selection of hot or cold breakfast. Staff was very accomodating.
