Two days there was no hot water. Second day they told me to wait 20 minutes. No room clea or refreshing of room, we were told we had to ask.

Credit card machines not working. Had to find ATM. Pool dirty pigeons Tours thru the hotel are very pushy to buy things. WiFi poor

Room was spacious and comfortable, maybe a little dated but clean. The gym and spa facilities are quite old. Pool has a lot of pigeons flying around it and not very clean so didn’t use it. Rooftop bar/restaurant was excellent, delicious Indian and international food and very reasonable prices.
