"Really enjoyed our stay, my only drawback was I couldn't get the shower to work in 212. It was a dribble that then became nothing. Forgot to mention at check out 🙈. Staff were all friendly and helpful in a non-imposing way. Impressive decor, cleanliness and shagpile for a hotel."

The appliance in the room are all in good working order, except that the washer dryer has a very peculiar feature where the door could not be opened until the machine has cooled down. "A spacious, well-appointed room is waiting for you, just a skip from Farringdon. We arrived during the after-work happy hour crunch, but the host dropped everything to check us in and make sure we were comfortably situated in our room. The room was fantastic and dinner at the inn was good too. "

"The Swinton Hotel did the trick foran affordable short night before heading to Heathrow at 0500. The room was super clean, and bed comfy tho everything on small scale. Front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Convenient to Kings Cross station after visiting York. "
