I would definitely stay here again. The Abernathy is in a GREAT location and has all the amenities we wanted. Hotel was clean, staff was helpful and our bed was very comfortable.

It was very nice accomodations. The only con would be that they need more gluten free options for the cafe breakfast. And it’s kind of expensive for microwaved food.

Pet friendly!
Very pet friendly! We couldn’t believe how nice the staff was to our pups. We were visiting for Clemson gymnastics and we will definitely be staying here again during football season. ❤️

Great location for Clemson university! Very clean and nice. No gym but other than that it was great for a visit to campus.

Putting this on our list for a return
Great location to Clemson University. Convenient to many things in the area. Spacious and a small kitchenette in all rooms make this good for getting work done and even a small breakfast. We will definitely be back!

We had a very nice stay and the hotel clerks were so good, friendly, very helpful and nice! The location is excellent - across the street from the stadium, and a few short blocks to restaurants, etc. Our room was nice and large with a small table and chairs, refrig, sink, and the pull out sofa mattress was excellent!! Mostly very quiet, except for housecleaning in the mornings. We stayed for several nights. Definitely recommend the hotel. The hotel needs better ventilation - it lacks fresh air. The lobby smelled strongly of cleaning product when we first arrived, and the first room we were given had a strong odor of mold. We were given a different room, with a faint scent. (which was fine). Some things needed replacing like the ice bucket and bathroom waste basket, and the rug. But overall it was very good.

Sadly when I booked to attend a friends funeral I was told that there was a cafe and bar open in the evening and breakfast in the morning. Neither was true my first night or next morning meaning on both occaisions I had to go out to find food. Ii had just driven 6 hours and really did not want to go out. Same the next day with the funeral activities beginning at noon. Dont advertose if you intend to deliver!

Throughout your visit, complimentary breakfast sandwiches and coffee were available in the lobby, as communicated when your inquired at the front desk. Despite the bar being closed due to low occupancy, guests still had the option to purchase beverages at the bar through the front desk host. Should you decide to stay with us in the future, we'd be delighted to offer you a complimentary breakfast voucher.

Outstanding!
This is an outstanding hotel. The rooms are spacious like a suite. Beautiful bathroom with large walk in shower and a very comfortable bed. Highly recommend it.
