"Rooftop pool was nice but becomes easily crowded when others are inconsiderate. First night a group monopolized the area blocking off an empty space. I travel extensively and found the hotel a bit pretentious with style more important than substance. Located a short walk from La Rambla, the Maritime Museum and other sites is redeeming."

"We enjoyed our 3-night stay at this hotel. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful; included breakfast was good. Room was very clean, but basic and we missed having coffee service in the room; however, the bathroom was spacious (especially for European standards :) with excellent water pressure. A/C and heating (it was hot during the day and cool at night) both worked very well. Location was great! Would definitely stay there again if we are ever back in Barcelona!"
