"The staff at reception were lovely, my room was very cute as I stayed in a single, it had everything I needed. Everything seemed spotless until I lifted the toilet seat and there was a pubic hair there. There were also only two tiny cartons of UHT milk. There was a beeping noise all night coming from somewhere, I can sleep through anything so this didn't actually bother me but I can imagine it would others. "The Mandeville was a lovely place to stay while we were in London for a few days. The staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. The hotel was close to the tube for easy access to wherever we needed to go. We would highly recommend this hotel. It was in a quiet area too. "

"I often use this hotel because it is very close to Central Line. It is comfortable and has an onsite restaurant. It's functional and has all the amenities for a shart stay. But it's beginning to look tired, the shower is slow to heat up and, even though I upgraded to an executive room, it was very cramped. Staff are excellent though and I will probably stay again."

"Lovely cozy hotel in Paddington London. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would have liked temperature control in room, in terms of having heat on when I wanted it. "This was our 6th stay at the Lancaster Hall Hotel. We really enjoy staying here for many reasons. The hotel is conveniently located. A 10 minute walk to Paddington Station and just a few minutes from the Lancaster Gate tube station. The hotel is on the older side. However, it is clean and well maintained. The staff are great.
