We were in town for a wedding and luckily booked Quinta Luna. What a fantastic find it was. Absolutely delightful from the paradise of a courtyard to the generous rooms to the wonderful library and beyond. I want to do a sabbatical there at some point in the future. Lovely.

Volvería sin dudar
El lugar es lindo y acogedor. Destaca el servicio del personal el cual es dedicado y sobre saliente. Las camas son adecuadas y cómodas aunque la ropa de cama me resultó algo aspera y un poco demasiado almidonada según mi esposa. El lugar es todo lo céntrico que puede desearse. El hotel tiene valet parking y estacionamiento propio lo que da la tranquilidad de tener el auto resguardado mientras duermes. Nos sorprendió desfavorablemente que la suite en las fotos incluía tina lo cual no se cumplió cuando llegamos. Esto nos desagradó. En general creo que el lugar está un 20% más caro que lo que debería ser. A pesar de estar nuestra suite sobre la calle si resultó ser silenciosa después de la 1am (nosotros vamos a l cama a las 2am) aunque si eres de los que duermes temprano sugiero usar tapones para los oidos dado que el tráfico y comercios te darán algo de ruido. Dadas las opciones en Cholula donde reciben mascotas volveremos a este hotel sin duda. Este hotel es MUY bueno si vas con mascotas.

La Quinta Luna is a historic site worth visiting, and it is amazing to get to stay there! Ask to visit the old library, and don't miss the chance to enjoy a coffee in the lovely courtyard. Some may find the lack of air conditioning disconcerting. The house is cool by design so it isn't bad as long as the weather is not extreme. Unfortunately, the housekeeping staff dropped bleach on one of my shirts, ruining it. I imagine this kind of error is uncommon.

It was exactly as shown in the photos. The only thing was the air conditioner is a portable one and made a lot of noise. Good thing we did not need it. Breakfast was available for a decent price. It was very filling and well presented

I loved everything about this boutique hotel. There may be only 8 rooms at the most. Interesting history of the hotel. This is an adult only hotel. However, they tolerated visits from my two young granddaughters. The room was spacious with thick stucco walls, long doors, a very nice kitchen, a gorgeous court yard, beautiful flowers and plants. The lobby is closed and secured at all times. You have to knock to come in. I felt very safe the entire time. Sat in the courtyard during the morning where they served complimentary coffee. There is also a very small elegant restaurant with wonderful food. You can be served in the courtyard or the restaurant. So very relaxing. They provide massages also. The staff knew we were arriving late and had complimentary sandwich’s and drinks for us. The staff met our needs in every way. Very cordial. Their only need is to hire a bilingual staff member. I will stay there again. It is my hotel of choice by far. So much nicer then the big chain hotels.

Cholula- a charming, authentic Mexican town.
The trip was to visit the beautiful church on top of the Pyramid. The church was closed due to the damage caused by the recent earthquake, as were many churches in Cholula, but the Pyramid and ruins were open and were wonderful. The Pyramid is the widest in the World - widest with a base of 190 meters . Not the highest

La quinta
The hotel was in a great location and close to the Zocalo. They bring a welcome drink after you check in and they park your car indoors off the streets. The breakfast and dinner offerings are beyond excellent, so good a true culinary delight !!

Beautiful, peaceful, invigorating retreat!
This was a wonderful place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The peaceful, quiet interior is just what we needed to relax. The hotel restaurant is a real gem, the food was outstanding and service was five-star! The hotel manager and hotel personnel were very courteous and helpful. Both Ms. Rosario and the hotel manager, Mr. Cosme went above and beyond to give us tips and help us with car rentals, they made our stay truly memorable. We are looking forward to returning with friends to share our experience.

My wife and I recently stayed in Cholulu for a friend’s wedding. I am a fan of boutique hotels and this one surpassed my expectations. The room was nicely equipped with a nice mixture of “old” charm and modern conveniences. The restaurant food was awesome and the wait staff was very patient with me and my wife who do not speak the language. The town of Cholulu is very safe and is fun to explore. The hotel is located just blocks of the main town square where you will find many restaurants and shops to explore.

A disappointment
La Quinta Luna is strong on style, but needs more substance. Pros: • Beautiful and safe • Excellent restaurant, but pricey • Wireless internet connection was strong Cons: • Hard bed. Hotel advertises "featherbed". It really means typical hard Mexican mattress with duvet on top. • Silly enormous key (about 8 inches). Impossible to carry the key and door can't be closed without locking. This means that my wife couldn't stay in the room while I went out, unless I locked her in. • Water pressure in shower was very low. • I reserved the Canejo room 10 months in advance, but was told it wasn't available. Instead I got the Coyote room which has a table and chairs right outside the window, with guests sitting a few feet away. • Thin walls; you can hear everything in the next room.

I can honestly say this was probably the best service I have EVER experienced. The staff was phenomenal and available 24/7. This includes the restaurant and their staff where the food was excellent and very well priced!

Hola, es muy bonito, pero en la suite águila real hay una parte que es una pared de madera y da directo al jardín entonces se escucha todo el ruido de afuera y la luz entra mucho ya que las persianas son traslúcidas

El lugar es muy lindo, creo que el personal necesita mas coaching en servicio. Mi habitación es para 4 personas, habiendo dos camas matrimoniales y servicio de vajilla de 6, me dijeron que solo era para dos. Si me dicen si con gusto, solo debe pagar una tarifa la persona extra, lo entiendo. Pero no, desde el principio, al preguntar la respuesta es solos 2.

Très bel hôtel de charme dans une ancienne maison complètement refaite avec beaucoup de goût et en gardant des pièces / mobiliers d'époque. Chambre très confortable, même si un peu fraîche et manquant de lumière. A éviter le dîner sur place: c'est possible et très correct en qualité, mais très très lent (alors que nous n'étions que 4 à dîner). Même commentaire sur la lenteur du petit-déjeuner.
