The bathroom ceiling where moldy, the front desk took an hour to check us in because there was no one at the desk and at night they gave our room to someone else allowing that peraon to open our door thankful for the locks on the door. After all this we left in the middle of the night to stay somewhere else.

Tactics to threaten and harass that have been used in hotel to instill fear and prevent from speaking the truth or being witness against their crimes, and to stop from moving forward: constant slamming doors; loud hammering banging stomping sounds from walls and ceilings; these criminal fake guests, hotel manager, housekeeping, & staff spy through hidden cameras in hotel rooms & smoke detectors, bathroom, and hack into computer/phone screen. Hotel room phone lines cut off, mold in bathroom, sink plumbing leakage, suffocating smoke through bathroom drain in non-smoking rooms, consistent threatening intimidating bomb blast & drilling noise from ceiling & hallway in noise-free rooms, hotel housekeeping break into rooms without notice. Hotel disconnected hotel wifi when I was filing a report, slowed down computer, & blocked bathroom sink drain.

One of the worst hotel stays ever. The corridors and rooms smelled really bad, the floors were sticky, the bed linen and pillows were terrible. The staff was great, but unfortunately that did not make up for the terrible rooms. Will never stay at a Main Suites again.

Awful Stay!!!
I’d never stay here again, the condition of this place wasn’t good. Not clean at all, the comfort was terrible, it’s not being well maintained. Awful stay!!!

I liked the location. I asked for an early check-in at 2PM. You would think i had asked for the moon and finally told that the foom would have to be inspected and take at least 30 minutes. I have been coming to this hotel, now has a new name and is an extended stay, for over 15 years, but i will not be returning.The hall carpet is filthy and soiled throughout. Plaster has been shoddily repaired in the lobby and is crumbling, same around the shower area in the bathroom. They only clean the rooms every 7 days and only if requested, so there is slways garbage in the hsll and stacked by the elevator. The smoke alarm went off during the middle of the day and it took about 45 minutes for them to figure out how to silence it. The ratings for this place must be faked. Their is no way on earth it should be rated anywhere near average.

The mattress on the bed was old is made all kind of noise I didn’t get any sleep .has to get up early.try to get some sleep next night because I was driving back to Georgia after laying down for one hour I left the hotel and drove back home.stop at a rest area to get some sleep. I paid for two nights and it was a waste of money.

We had three rooms...all were clean, beds comfortable, linens better than expected at the price we paid. The young lady on the desk was friendly and accommodating, not so much the older desk clerk. They do provide coffee and tea by the lobby, but no breakfast items. Our only complaint is that the fire alarm system was tested, repeatedly, very early in the morning. Not a nice way to wake up.

someone had a key and tried to come into my room at 4:40am. the only reason they were not able to come in was because of the safety deadbolt/chain at the top of the lock. hotel staff acted as if it did not happen.

It was dirty. Had to ask for a different room as bedsheets were not changed. There was a long black hair in the fridge. Floor and doors were dirty had to wipe them. Positives: fully functional kitchen with silverware and cookware

They often have several fire alarms ( extremely loud, of course). However, they had one Thursday at 4:46AM that lasted until 7:15A, that the fire department couldn’t turn off because of their maintenance team settings, per the firemen; I have YET to get any sleep, seeing I work at 8AM daily. Not to mention I’m pregnant. My partner is ex military & suffers from extreme PTSD, and works overnight; had JUST went to sleep. The alarm scared us so bad that we hurt ourselves trying to gather our bearings out of bed. I’m all for safety, but once I found out it was because of their maintenance… and then being told the next day “a leak in the attic” I’m freaking livid. It’s one thing to be doing the cleaning ourselves and buying supplies/ toiletries that we should be receiving, AND paying for a room weekly , but to have a nearly 3HR alarm in the wee hrs of the morning —& no follow up/ letter(s)/ email apologies!?!? Staff walking around moving lackadaisically. toward upset guest because they didn’t experience the terror & torture —is way beyond my window of calm & patient!!! Just adds injury to already insulted & just isn’t worth it
