The rooms are kind of small BUT the staff is wonderful and the view every morning is incredible. These positives make up for the smallish rooms. The front desk people are so friendly and went over the top to give good service. The experience was so good that I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Athens. Also the location was so convenient for walking around to all the historic areas.

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our time there. The place was clean and the staff was helpful. The pool was nice at night, especially for our kids. They do charge for parking, so make sure you are aware of that. There is a restaurant in the hotel, which we didn’t care for. Getting around was fairly easy. The shuttle can take you to the airport where you can easily access the train. All in all, we had a good stay!

The restroom facilities for the conference rooms Eisenhower and the next one down were not easily accessible and were not the cleanest. There was a spot of blood in one stall that was there both days I was there.

I arrived at night and left early morning. I appreciated the shuttle convenience and regular runs but the evening shuttle I was on was less than good. It smelled of cigarettes, had no shock absorption on the pot holed roads and the engine light was on on the dashboard. I had concerns about a breakdown as did other passengers on the shuttle. The room was clean, pillows, sheets and covers were clean and the bathroom was spotless.

We had a very late check-in (2am) due to our return flight was delayed for 7 hours after a vacation. I was concerned with our vehicle being towed away but the hotel staff member assured me that our vehicle was safe. The staff was very understanding and friendly. They reassured me that they would be waiting for us to arrive.

The property was great, rooms were nice, staff was great. The store in the lobby could have been better stocked, especially with the price of 4.00 usd for 2 antacid tablets. The Mirage restaurant is very poor quality food, every time I ordered from there it was almost inedible. I recommend this place for the accomodations, but use door dash, uber eats, or the BP gas station Subway/Dunkin Donuts for food. Also take a jacket, it is very cold and windy there.
