It was a great stay - staff was so nice. I am only giving it 4 stars because there was a lot of construction. It was difficult for ride share drivers to find the location.

Have been a customer for 20 years regularly; I do NOT appreciate "urban convenience fee" or whatever it is called tagged on unexpectedly to a promotion they sent out. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by booking directly and yet they still tagged on the fee (and then didn't apply any of the "benefits" to the final bill anyways!) Ridiculous

The doormen and valet. The manager and staff all were wonderful and welcoming. They had the amazing gift of acknowledging us and saying Happy Birthday every time they saw us. Gave us directions to train, food and nearby attractions. We had several suites and a very large group. Everyone complemented how the hotel and staff made the experience that more special.

We liked that it was so close to millinnium park and that restaurants were close by since we had no car. My husband really enjoyed employee Benjamin (valet). Can't really think of anything negative. We would stay there again!!

When my husband brought a concern to the front desk staff’s attention, it was acknowledged and rectified promptly. All other staff were similarly courteous and professional. The bar/cafe in the lobby was a convenient spot to enjoy breakfasts and simple and delicious lunches suppers.

My kids loved it here. Our suite was clean, comfortable and spacious. This place was kid friendly. The staff were very kind and helpful. There were a lot of food places around in the area if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. Only thing I didn’t like was we didn’t have a mini refrigerator. Our 4 boys had extra food and beverages with nowhere to put it to stay cold. It would have been convenient to have one. They also don’t have microwaves in the room, you’ll have to ask for one. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel for families. I was a great stay and I’ll take my family here again.

The hotel as a very good location, the room is clean and spacious . I was very happy to stay there for 3 nights with my family. But I was very disappointed with the hotel’s lost and found department,My kids left their Starbucks gifts sets in their room and forgot to take them when we checked out on last Saturday March 23th, and I was call the hotel lost and found twice on Monday, they told me they didn’t find anything in the room. My kids very upset that they lose their special gifts from the Starbucks Reserve Roastery store which spent me 189 dollars.

We stayed for St. Patricks Day weekend and really liked the location. Walkable to the shopping area too. Always had the restaruant right there just in case, and the staff at the Fairmont were friendly. The conceair had a great personality

It is a very nice clean hotel. There is a lot to do around the hotel at walking distance. The only thing about this hotel is they charge hidden “urban experience fee” which is $29.36 a day. It would be best to up their hotel prices per room and know what to expect rather than charge extra after your visit.
