Starting with the positive, the woman at the front desk who checked us in and out was incredibly helpful, friendly, and prompt. That being said, I know other guests struggled to get the same level of service. That’s where the positives end. I wouldn’t stay here unless you absolutely have to. Upon going up the dirty elevator to my floor, the hallways instantly reeked of smoke and cooking gas. The room smelled slightly better, but only if you believe the smell of powerful cleaning products to be preferable to that of cigarettes. The rooms were dingy and barely clean. Upon stripped the bed of sheets, I found hair and lint, indicating that they likely had not been changed before my arrival. I checked everywhere for bedbugs per the recommendation of other reviews. I didn’t find any but I’ll be running my laundry dry through the dryer several times over to be safe. The carpeted floors were mysteriously sticky, and at least one of my towels had a strange red stain on it (the rest seemed clean and smelled fresh). During my stay, the other guests frequently complained, especially about the cleanliness of the hotel and the “breakfast” offerings, which were coffee and prepackaged pastries that you could get from a vending machine. The fact that the property advertises this as a meal at all feels like a gross overstatement. Wi-fi never worked for me during the course of my stay, and there’s no business center. Would not stay here again unless there were literally no other alternative.

The staff could use some training on how to nicely talk to guest. The complimentary kitchen stuff says it will be delivered to room but staff said it should be picked up from the lobby. Overall, we liked the facility but the service staff were not really nice , somehow sarcastic.

The floor in our room was dirty. The filter on the air conditioner were covered with dust. The table the TV was on was dusty. There were no amenities. No coffee, no plates, no pots, no utensils. You coukd rent tgem for an extra fee. The breakfast was a cup of coffee and a stale muffin. It was cheap. And now I know why. Would not stay there sgain.

The room was kind of disappointing. We found a dog bone under the recliner chair, and it was no small bone. Also, the kitchen counter and table had some sticky stuff on it. I admit, it was tough to get off but we were able to remove it with a bit of elbow grease. Also, the drain in the kitchen sink was pretty dirty, probably grease because it was kind of brown. The toilet water pressure must have been low because TP didn't going down everytime. (We ended up using a hanger a couple of times to finally get it down.) And, the tub drained really slow. There was probably about 3" of water in the tube after a pretty normal shower that eventually drained out, but well after the shower was completed.

Outdated. It is what it is. Kitchen had no silverware or plates. My friend’s room had 3 guests and she went downstairs to get a towel for 3rd guest, they said there was only a 2 limit. My friend went to a local store and bought towels. The same worker only gave her 1 key and she asked for 2 he basically made an excuse why he couldn’t but I was offered 2 keys and I was by myself.

Sprayed for roaches while we were in the room. No pots/pans/utinsels. No coffee maker. Old, dirty, worn out and broken down mattresses. Stay next door at the Hilton. The Hilton is worth the extra $30/night.
